I have decided to do a green leash giveaway! I have learned how to make leather service dog leashes and decided to share one with a blogger friend. These are leashes that can adjust to two different lengths and are braided together for extra strength. Here are a few pictures of the leash so you can see what they look like.
To enter just submit a comment letting me know your dogs favorite place to go. I will announce the winner on May 8th.
I will also give the winner the option of a different color if you want it to match your school's color, dogs vest or personal preference. I have green, blue, black and red and if you ask nicely I may be able to get another color if you want. I will also give the winner the option of having their dogs name stamped into the leash (as in the picture above) Good luck to everyone!

Eclipse's is favorite place to go is Whistler's Bend Park, especially in the spring when the first few holes are really muddy! He gets the zoomies so bad and turns half-brown! I love your leashes, by the way! I'm thinking you could get a pretty nice little business going among raisers for your customized leashes!
So exciting! Butler's favorite place to go is the Elementary School I work at. He loves getting loved on by the kids!

His favorite place to go? That's a hard one...he's happy anywhere...but he does LOVE Petco. Especially when the adoption dogs are out! Such a friendly fella. :-)

That is a super cool leash! Let’s see the favorite place that Rocky like to go while I had him and Ely loves to go any time. Rocky’s favorite place to go was to college with me, shopping, and church to help teach a bunch of first graders every week. Ely enjoys long walk on the beach or hikes in the mountain, he also LOVES to go to petsmart and to the library where he sleeps while kids read to him.
Sounds like fun, count me in!
Toby's favorite outing was the YMCA - he loved the 1 hour classes I took!
Tracker's favorite place to go is the Rod and Gun Club pond where he can run crazy and swim his little heart out.
Oooo... I'd love (another) leash! As for favorite places to go... Frisbee loves school, because he gets to sleep a lot (one of his favorite activities). Gelly loves anywhere new, especially trails with good smells. And Ellis the homebody likes the park near my house.

Anyway, probably my dog's favorite place to go is down to San Francisco. All my dogs have been there and they all love the sea lions, the ocean, and all the noises. They all do great with the crowds, noises, and all the tempting garbage they could eat.
Hobbs favorite place to go is the Agility barn!
Patriot's is my parents' place because he gets to eat all sorts of crazy stuff!
Betsy's favorite place to go when she isn't working is to the local park to watch the kids play. And her favorite place to go and work is 4-H meetings.

Dahlia's favorite place to go is probably the library because she gets to have kids read to her and she gets to see her favorite librarians! :)

Dallas' favourite place is anywhere with water to swim in. She loves the ocean (she used to live in Nova Scotia) but any pond or lake will do.

I won't get my puppy until the day after the contest ends, so I'll just post on big wish. Since I will be taking my puppy to work every day, I sure hope he enjoys going and being the "teacher's pet."
I agree with the first comment. You really could have a great side business selling your leashes to raisers and partners of service dogs. I can attest to how nice they are. I'd be willing to buy one if I don't win. :)

Boo's favorite place to go is the Green Belt riverwalk in Idaho. We walk the 3 miles around it every morning. I have never been a runner, but Boo and I are training for a 5K around it now. She loves the running and seeing the squirrels and ducks!
Clifford's favorite place to go is honestly anywhere Banta (1 of 2 girlfriends) is. Most often, this is at Banta's house. I ran into both of them downtown SLC and Clifford went nuts when he realized it was Banta.
I've been tempted to make a blue or red leash. Too hard to decide if picked!
Truffie's favorite place to go to is..... home! odd but she is a bit of strange cookie. She goes to work but I can tell she is bored. When I pull out the leash to go home she hops up and looks hopeful but when I ask her if she wants to find 'her' Waffle her tail goes into over drive, wagging her whole body. She bounds up the staris two and three at a time to get to the car, settles into her space in the car and naps - to conserve her energy I'm sure- and races to the front door once we are home. Once I open it she literally does the Tigger hop and bounds into the house ready to play with her bestest buddy - glad to be home.

My dogs love to go everywhere! Okay, really though- one of the most fun outings I ever went on with any of my PITs was to the Seattle Pacific Science Museum. Jacoba loved the huge, animatronic (I have no idea if that is the right word, but I'm hoping you know what I mean) dinosaurs.
Elphie, I think it's great that you're having a give away, but you should also consider selling these. It would be a nice way to earn a little extra money.
Hughe's favorite place is to go to the beach! He romps around and just goes crazy in the sea water. He also loves to go to the vet and get all loved on!

Wow, this is a good idea! Especilly for GDB pup raisers. The leash would match their jacket! :) That's really cool that you can make these.
Let's see...my first dog Freya's favourtie place to go was probably my mother's, her grandmother's, house. She got to take the bus and train and when she got their my mom and stepdad loved on her and she got to go up stairs to their apartment on the top floor. She was really just an active puppy who loved to go out, but she got that special gleam in her eye when we would get on the train. She knew where we were going. :)
My new puppy Rocco is still a little too young to go many places. He'll be finished with his shots in a week and a half. But so far he likes to go anywhere where people can see him. He's so funny. He thinks he's the coolest thing since sliced bread so he takes joy in going anywhere where people are. His tail goes straight up in the air and his ears perk up and he does this trotting think. He's got qute the ego. :)
I also think you could have quite the little side business selling the leashes! They are very well made (and soft to handle as I got to feel last night). The matching green is a real plus for GDB raisers. Gotta keep those puppies coordinated!
Rafferty's favorite place to go is anywhere he can RUN and PLAY! Or anywhere we practice recalls. Gotta love labs and their food obbession!
What a great giveaway. I love that green leash! Don's favorite place to go is the GDB play yard. He loves running around with the other puppies in our club, and getting nice n' muddy. He also likes going to school with me and on walks around town. He can never get enough action!

Tandy loves going everywhere. But i think he loves the dog park at the National Service Dogs farm the best, he gets to run wild and free and often see's his siblings there!

Wren's favorite place to go is to the nursing home. She loves to visit all of the resident and especially loves when they get ice cream for dessert as some of them will share with her (she gets whats left over in the cup). She has her favorite resident whome we have to visit first and and last. She literally wont go passed her door without going in to sit on her feet and put her head in Lucy's lap :)
